CAULIFLOWER RANCH CRISPIES

Ingredients

    1 cup grated raw cauliflower

    1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 3

    1/2 tsp parsley

  • 4

    1/2 tsp dill

  • 5

    1/2 tsp chives

  • 6

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 7

    1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 8

    1/2 tsp pepper

  • 9

    1/2 tsp salt

Intructions

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees

    Add all ingredients into a bowl

    Stir

  • 4

    Spray a cookie sheet with Coconut oil (or your choice)

    Place 1 Tbsp of the mixture leaving about an inch betwen each

    Bake at 450 degrees for 5-7 min

    Turn over and bake for another 5-7 min
