1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 cup Cottage Cheese
2 Stalks Celery, chopped`
1 Tbsp Spicy Nuts, chopped fine (see below)
Pinch of Sea Salt
Chili Powder or seasoning to taste
Chop nuts: I use Braggs, or soy sauce or salt, and red pepper, and broil or pan saute till lightly browned. You can make these as spicy as you want.
Chop apple, add in a medium bowl.
Add cottage cheese and seasonings.
Stir and enjoy!
